Durio Cluster Houses @ Orchard Park Batam
In this June-2014, beside Persea Cluster, Orchard Park Batam will launch another cluster called DURIO, with total 160 unit houses.
There are 3 types of houses @ Durio cluster which are :
1. Carreta D type with 5x17 m2 size,
2. Carreta S type with 5x18 m2 size, and
3. Criton type with 7x17 size.
All comes with 2 floors.
